SGLT-2 İnhibitörleri’nin Kısa Vadede Rutin Laboratuvar Parametreleri Üzerine Etkisi

Backgroundː In this study, we aimed to examine the effect of Sodium Glucose Cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT-2i) on routine laboratory test results at 12 weeks follow-up among type diabetes mellitus (T2D) patients using empagliflozin and dapagliflozin. Methodsː Three hundred ten with a diagnosis T2D (over 18 years age) SGLT-2i added stable triple combination therapy were included in study. Patients who received either (25 mg once daily) (n:170) or dapagliflozin (10 (n:140) addition their current treatment regimen divided into two groups.
